Digitalization of agricultural construction is one of the most important tasks. One of the areas of digital transformation in this area is the introduction of information modeling (BIM) technologies into the processes of forming the cost of agricultural construction projects. The features of determining the cost of elements of a digital information model of such objects have been studied. Recommendations are proposed for modernizing the organizational structure of enterprises participating in the process of information modeling of agricultural objects. The need to develop regulations for the interaction of specialists of these organizations, to make changes to the BIM standard, etc. is substantiated. The application of the research results will speed up the introduction of BIM technologies into practice and the transition to a management system for the life cycle of agricultural objects based on their information models. This will contribute to the development of agriculture.
